Manner of representation

1. The Chairperson of the union and each of the deputies are authorised independently to submit and sign declarations of will of the union, including declarations concerning property rights and obligations, except for matters specified in point 2. 2. In matters concerning signing a collective labour agreement or an additional protocol to a collective labour agreement or social packages and other collective labour-law agreements, the union is represented by the Chairperson jointly with a deputy, on the basis of a resolution of the union's management board. 3. In situations preventing the persons indicated in points 1 and 2 from performing an act, the declaration of will is submitted by members of the management board designated by a resolution of the management board.
