Manner of representation

Each partner has the right to independently represent the partnership. The partner's right to represent the partnership covers all judicial and extrajudicial acts. Each partner may conduct, without a prior resolution of the partners, matters not exceeding the scope of the ordinary activities of the partnership. If, before a matter not exceeding the scope of the ordinary activities of the partnership is dealt with, even one of the other partners objects to its being conducted, a prior resolution of the partners is required. The scope of the ordinary activities of the partnership includes performing legal acts whose value does not exceed PLN 50,000.00 (fifty thousand zlotys).
