Manner of representation

1. The President is authorised to represent the association externally and to make declarations of will on behalf of the association, and in the President’s absence, the Vice-President performing the duties and a member of the management board authorised in writing by the management board are authorised. 2. To incur the association’s financial liabilities and dispose of its property, the concordant joint action of two members of the management board, including the President, is required under pain of nullity.
