Manner of representation

The cadre is represented by each member of the Presidium of the Main Management Board independently, or by a person authorised jointly by one of the Vice-Chairpersons and the Chairperson of the cadre. The joint action of the Chairperson of the cadre and one member of the Presidium of the Main Management Board is required for making declarations of will on behalf of the cadre in property matters. Rights arising from shares and interests belonging to the cadre, as well as other corporate and participation rights of the cadre vis-à-vis other entities, are exercised by the Chairperson of the cadre on the basis of a resolution of the Presidium of the Main Management Board, or by another person acting on the basis of a power of attorney granted by a resolution of the Presidium of the Main Management Board. Matters in the field of labour law concerning persons employed in the office are handled by the Chairperson of the cadre or a Vice-Chairperson authorised by the Chairperson.
