§ 31 section 1 The scope of activities of the Presidium of the Main Management Board includes: 2) Representing and acting externally in matters of the association. The Presidium of the Main Management Board is represented by: the Chairperson of the Management Board or the Deputy Chairperson jointly with the General Secretary. 3) Managing the assets and funds of the association (§ 55 section 3), § 55 section 3)3 Property-related obligations may be incurred and the relevant documents may be signed by: the Chairperson of the Main Management Board or the Deputy Chairperson together with the General Secretary and the Treasurer.
