Manner of representation

Article 32(1) The union is represented by: the National Board, the District Board, the Section Board and the Board of the workplace union organisation, according to the scope and territory of their activity. Paragraph 2. The union authorities listed in paragraph 1 may grant a power of attorney to the indicated members of the union to represent their interests. Article 38(6) Declarations of will in property matters are made by members of the management board authorised by the board of the union structure possessing legal personality, each autonomously within their respective scope and area of activity. Paragraph 7. The joint action of at least two members of the management board of the union structure possessing legal personality is required to make declarations of will when concluding agreements in property matters. The foregoing does not apply to the union’s current payments resulting from financial services.
