To submit declarations of will on behalf of the association in all matters, including the incurring of property obligations and granting powers of attorney, the President, Vice-President, or treasurer is authorised to act independently; however, to submit declarations of will on behalf of the association concerning property rights and obligations exceeding PLN 3,000 in value, joint action by the President and treasurer or the Vice-President and treasurer is required.
