Manner of representation

1. For the validity of declarations of will, letters and documents concerning the association’s property rights and obligations, the signatures of two persons are required: in the branch management board: the President (Vice-President) and the treasurer. 2. For the validity of declarations of will, letters and documents in matters other than those specified in section 1, the signature of: in the branch management board: the branch President, the Vice-President or another member of the branch management board authorised by the branch President, is required.
