Manner of representation

1. For the validity of declarations of will, letters and documents concerning the Club’s proprietary rights and obligations, including the incurring of proprietary obligations, joint action by the President of the Management Board with another member of the management board, or by two other authorised members of the management board, is required. 2. For undertaking the actions referred to in paragraph 1 whose value does not exceed PLN 3,000.00 (in words: three thousand zlotys), the President of the Management Board or a member of the management board authorised by the management board is entitled to act independently. 3. Each member of the management board is entitled to represent the Club independently in non-proprietary matters.
