Wobec stałego wzrostu cen energii elektrycznej i surowców, kosztów pracy, kosztów podatkowych nie jesteśmy w stanie konkurować z cenami tych samych towarów pochodzących z krajów azjatyckich. Niższe koszty energii elektrycznej, wynagrodzeń czy surowców w tych krajach powodują, że nasze ceny nie są atrakcyjne dla naszych dotychczasowych odbiorców i wybierają oni tańsze źródła dostaw. W obecnej sytuacji,przy spadających przychodach ze sprzedaży i stale rosnących kosztach istnieje duże ryzyko utraty płynności finansowej. Dalsze prowadzenie działalności groziłoby coraz większym powiększaniem strat. W dniu 02.10.2025 r. Nadzwyczajne Zgromadzenie Wspólników podjęło uchwałę o postawieniu spółki w stan likwidacji.
