Manner of representation

1. The association is represented externally by the President of the Management Board or his deputy or jointly by two other members of the management board. 2. Declarations of will on behalf of the association are made: a) by the President of the Management Board or, in the event that he is unable to perform his function, by his deputy; b) in property matters with a value exceeding twice the average monthly remuneration in the national economy in the preceding quarter, by two persons in the following combinations: the President of the Management Board and his deputy, or the President or the deputy together with another member of the management board, or two other members of the management board.
