Manner of representation

1. The association is represented by the Chairperson or the Deputy Chairpersons. 2. The presidium may authorise other persons to represent the association, specifying the scope and duration of those powers. 3. At the local level, the trade union organisation is represented by the Chairperson or persons authorised by the management board. 4. The Chairperson of the association and the Chairpersons of the local organisations are heads of the workplace within the meaning of the Labour Code for employees employed in those units. 5. The method of representing an affiliated organisation is specified in its articles of association. 6. The authority to incur property liabilities on behalf of the association at the national level is vested in the Chairperson and the Deputy Chairperson acting jointly, up to the amount established by a resolution of the presidium. 7. The authority to incur property liabilities at the local level is vested jointly in the Chairperson and the Deputy Chairperson only up to the value of the assets held by that organisation. 8. The Chairperson, the Deputy Chairpersons, or a person holding a power of attorney granted by the Chairperson or the Deputy Chairperson are authorised to conduct legal representation.
