Manner of representation

1. Two members of the Main Management Board holding the position of President, Vice-President or treasurer and acting jointly are authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of PSRWN resulting in the incurring of financial liabilities, provided that if the financial liability exceeds PLN 100,000, a resolution of the Main Management Board is required for its incurring. 2. The President, Vice-President or treasurer is authorised to act independently to make declarations of will on behalf of PSRWN not resulting in the incurring of financial liabilities.
