Manner of representation

The President of the management board acting individually or two members of the management board acting jointly are authorized to represent the association. However, the incurring of financial liabilities in each case requires the countersignature of the treasurer, and in the case of the sale or encumbrance of real property or the acquisition of assets with a value exceeding PLN 50,000, additionally the consent of the general assembly. Declarations made to the association and the service of documents on the association may be made vis-à-vis one member of the management board.
