Manner of representation
For the representation of the company in matters of ordinary management, each partner is authorised to act independently. In matters exceeding the scope of ordinary management specified in § 6 section 4 of the company agreement, two partners acting jointly are authorised, or either partner individually if holding a written power of attorney from the other partner, with the signature notarised, authorising the performance of a specified act or specified acts in the name and on behalf of the company.
