Manner of representation

1. Two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised to enter into agreements, grant powers of attorney and make other declarations of will on behalf of the association if they were appointed subject to paragraph 2. 2. One member of the management board is authorised to enter into agreements, grant powers of attorney and make other declarations of will on behalf of the association which result in incurring an obligation or disposing of a right with a value not exceeding PLN 500, as well as to make declarations of will in ordinary management matters which do not result in incurring obligations or disposing of rights.
