Manner of representation

For the validity of declarations of will concerning the property rights and obligations of the society, the signing of contracts and agreements, and granting powers of attorney, joint action by two members of the management board, including its President, is required. In specific matters, under separate resolutions of the management board, the society may be represented by other authorised persons. For the validity of documents having administrative-law and financial consequences, the signatures of the President and the treasurer of the management board are required. The external correspondence of the society is signed by the President of the management board or a person authorised by the President.
