Manner of representation

1. Documents related to the association’s incurring of financial obligations are signed on behalf of the management board by the President. However, the annual activity report, balance sheet, profit and loss account and additional information are signed by all members of the management board after approval by the General Meeting. 2. The Chairperson or another member of the management board is authorised to represent the association and sign documents of a non-property nature. 3. The association’s management board consists of 3–6 members and constitutes itself at its first meeting by electing the President, treasurer and secretary.
