Manner of representation

To make declarations in non-property matters and to sign documents in such matters, each member of the management board, including the President of the Management Board, is authorized independently. To make declarations in property matters resulting in a right to a performance, the disposal of a right, or the assumption of an obligation to make a performance with a value not exceeding PLN 20,000.00 (twenty thousand zlotys and 00/100), and to sign documents in such matters, each member of the management board, including the President of the Management Board, is authorized independently.
