Manner of representation

Paragraph 26(1) of the Articles of Association: The management board of the Association consists of 5–11 persons, as determined by a resolution of the General Meeting of Delegates, including the President of the Association, 2 Vice-Presidents, the Secretary and the treasurer, whereby: a) subject to point b) below, two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised to represent the Association; b) each member of the management board is authorised to represent the Association independently in administrative or court proceedings and in contacts with public administration bodies.
