Manner of representation
The President of the Management Board represents the volunteer fire brigade externally and directs the entirety of the management board’s work. Resolutions of the management board are adopted by a simple majority of votes. In the event of an equal number of votes, the vote of the chair of the meeting is decisive. Agreements, instruments, powers of attorney and financial documents are signed on behalf of the volunteer fire brigade by the President, or the Vice-President together with the treasurer.
