Manner of representation

1. Members of the management board of the Association of Breeders of Friesian Horses in Poland, from among the President, Vice-President and treasurer, have the right to independently represent the association in property matters, including official matters producing financial effects, connected with the statutory activities of the association. 2. The validity of letters and documents not producing financial effects requires the signature of the President or Vice-President, or one of the members of the management board authorised by the President.
