Manner of representation

1. The President represents the volunteer fire brigade externally. 2. In the event of the President’s absence, the activities referred to in point 1 are performed by one of the Vice-Presidents and the treasurer acting jointly. 3. In the event of the President’s long-term absence, the function of representing the volunteer fire brigade externally is assumed until his return or the election of a new President by the Vice-President. 4. Contracts, powers of attorney and financial documents are signed on behalf of the volunteer fire brigade by the President, or by the Vice-President and the treasurer acting jointly.
