Overview
Polsko-Amerykańska Komisja Fulbrighta is a foundation supporting educational exchange between Poland and the United States through scholarships for graduate studies, research and teaching projects, and stays in both countries. It also runs the BioLAB program for students in biological-chemical, biophysics and medical fields, EducationUSA with free advising, and the TopMinds mentoring program.

In matters: – not exceeding the PLN equivalent of USD 15,000, calculated on the basis of the average exchange rate announced by the National Bank of Poland as at the day preceding the submission of the declaration of will, the declaration of will on behalf of the foundation is made by the director jointly with another member of the management board; – in the case of amounts exceeding the PLN equivalent of USD 15,000, calculated on the basis of the average exchange rate announced by the National Bank of Poland as at the day preceding the submission of the declaration of will, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by a member of the management board jointly with the treasurer or the deputy treasurer.
