Manner of representation

The following persons are authorized to represent the Union: 1. the Chairperson; 2. the Vice-Chairperson; 3. the Secretary; 4. other persons within the limits specified in the authorization granted by the management board or the Chairperson. Declarations of will in property matters are made by persons authorized by the Union's workplace management board. Joint action of at least two persons, including the Chairperson or the Vice-Chairperson, is required to make declarations of will, unless otherwise follows from the content of the power of attorney.
