§26 of the articles of association 1. The Presidium of the National Management Board consists of the Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson of the National Management Board. §27 1. The Chairperson of the National Management Board directs the activities of the National Management Board and its Presidium and also represents the association before state and government administration authorities, local government authorities, service management and other organisations and institutions. 1a. If the Chairperson is temporarily unable to perform their duties, the National Management Board entrusts one of the Vice-Chairpersons with performing those duties. §41 of the articles of association 7. The following persons are respectively authorised to make declarations of will in property matters: a) the Chairperson of the National Management Board, b) the Chairperson of the Voivodeship Management Board, c) other persons authorised respectively by the National Management Board or the Voivodeship Management Board within the scope of their powers. 8. Joint action by two persons is required to make declarations of will.
