Manner of representation

1. For the validity of declarations of will, letters and documents concerning the association’s property rights and obligations, the signatures of two persons are required: 1) in the Main Management Board: the President (Vice-President) or the Secretary General and the treasurer, 2) in the Branch Management Board: the President (Vice-President) and the treasurer. 2. For the validity of declarations of will, letters and documents in matters other than those specified in section 1, one signature is required: 1) in the Main Management Board: the President of SDP, the Vice-President or another member of the Main Management Board authorised by the President of SDP, 2) in the Branch Management Board: the President of the Branch, the Vice-President or another member of the Branch Management Board authorised by the President of the Branch.
