Manner of representation

The National Management Board represents the entire association in current matters before the authorities and bodies of state and economic administration, as well as other organisations and institutions in the country. The National Management Board represents the association in the international forum. It also has the right to incur financial obligations on behalf of the association and acquire rights. Members of the management board have the right to represent the management board on the basis of authorisation to act in a specific matter, pursuant to a resolution of the National Management Board.
