Manner of representation

The Chairperson and two members of the management board unanimously authorised to perform this role at the first meeting of the management board are authorised to represent the association externally. For extraordinary reasons, the management board may entrust one-time external representation to another member of the management board in place of the member authorised to represent the association who is temporarily unable to perform the entrusted representation. The conclusion of agreements, the granting of powers of attorney and the submission of declarations of will in the property matters of the association require the joint action and signatures of the Chairperson and two members of the management board.
