Manner of representation

The association’s documents and letters may be signed independently by the Chairperson of the management board or another member of the management board. Two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised to submit declarations of will on behalf of the association, including in property matters. By resolution, the management board may grant a power of attorney to other persons to represent the management board and sign letters and documents in strictly specified matters. For declarations of will concerning property rights and obligations, as well as for granting powers of attorney and incurring property obligations, the signatures of two members of the management board acting jointly are required for validity.
