Manner of representation

For all legal and factual actions falling within the competence of the management board, including representing the foundation, as well as incurring financial or financial-property obligations in the name and for the benefit of the foundation, each member of the management board is authorized to act independently. The foundation is represented by one person. By way of security pursuant to the decision of the District Court in Częstochowa of 13 June 2025, the powers of the members of the management board of the Institute of Education and Development have been limited solely to acts of ordinary management of the Institute’s property, excluding the possibility of entering into agreements transferring ownership of or encumbering real property owned by the Institute of Education and Development, until the final conclusion of the proceedings concerning the reopening of the registration proceedings concluded by the decision of the court referendary of 8 September 2023 in case file no. CZ.XVII NS-REJ. KRS 5126/23/515.
