Manner of representation

The following persons are authorised to make declarations of will, make declarations concerning assets and sign documents in the name and on behalf of the association: 1. the President of the association – independently, or the Vice-President together with a member of the management board; 2. attorneys-in-fact appointed to perform activities of a specified type or individual activities, within the scope of the powers of attorney granted to them by the management board, drawn up in ordinary written form, unless a specific provision requires another form.
