Manner of representation

1. The following are independently authorised to represent the Conference externally and to submit declarations of will on its behalf: the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and treasurer of the Main Management Board, subject to paragraph 2. 2. The joint action of two members of the Main Management Board, including the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson or treasurer, is required to submit declarations of will on behalf of the Conference giving rise to financial obligations. 3. Each member of the management board of a local unit of the Conference is independently authorised to represent the local unit of the Conference externally and to submit declarations of will on its behalf, subject to paragraph 4. 4. The joint action of two members of the management board of the local unit, including the treasurer, is required to submit declarations of will on behalf of the local unit of the Conference giving rise to financial obligations.
