Each member of the foundation’s management board is authorized to represent the foundation externally independently (in the case of a multi-member management board), except for property matters regulated in §11. Each member of the foundation’s management board is authorized to make declarations in property matters up to the gross amount of PLN 20,000 (twenty thousand zloty) independently. In the case of a multi-member management board, property declarations with a value exceeding the gross amount of PLN 20,000 are made jointly by the President of the Management Board and a member of the foundation’s management board. In the case of a one-person management board, property declarations of the foundation are made by the President of the Management Board alone.
