Manner of representation

1. The guild is represented externally by the Senior of the Guild or the Junior of the Guild and by the Manager of the Guild Office within the scope of the power of attorney granted to the latter. 2. Declarations of will concerning rights and obligations are made by the Senior or Junior of the Guild jointly with the Manager of the Guild Office, and during the latter’s absence jointly with an office employee authorised by the Manager of the Guild Office. 3. The management board of the guild may grant the Manager of the Guild Office a power of attorney to perform specified legal acts related to managing the current activities of the guild or its establishment, as well as a power of attorney to perform acts of a specified type or specific acts.
