Manner of representation

1. For the validity of declarations of will, letters and documents concerning property rights and obligations, two signatures from among the following persons are required: the President, the Vice-President, the secretary of the management board, the treasurer, or one of those persons and a person who has been granted a power of attorney by the management board, e.g. the chief accountant; 2. For the validity of other letters and documents, two signatures are required, namely those of the secretary of the management board or, on the basis of a power of attorney granted by the management board, the office director, and the treasurer or, on the basis of a power of attorney granted by the management board, the chief accountant; 3. In special cases requiring the continuity of the work of the association and its agencies to be secured, the signature of the secretary of the management board is sufficient for a declaration of will and for the validity of letters and documents.
