Manner of representation

The management board manages the entire activity of the association in accordance with the resolutions of the general meeting of members, represents it externally and is accountable to the general meeting (section 20 item 1 of the articles of association). For declarations of will, letters and documents concerning the rights and property of the association to be valid, the signatures of two persons are required: the President or the Vice-President together with the treasurer (section 24 item 2 of the articles of association). For other letters and documents to be valid, the signatures of two persons are required: the President or the Vice-President together with the secretary (section 24 item 3 of the articles of association).
