Manner of representation

The following are authorised to submit declarations of will: 1. A/ In the case of a one-person management board: independently, without limitations. B/ Commercial proxies or attorneys-in-fact appointed by the one-person management board, within the scope of their authorisation. C/ In the case of legal acts capable of producing legal effects exceeding PLN 100,000.00, the joint action of two commercial proxies or of a commercial proxy with an attorney-in-fact is required. 2. A/ In a multi-member management board, each member of the management board, and also a commercial proxy or attorney-in-fact appointed by the management board, within the scope of their authorisation, independently. B/ In the case of legal acts capable of producing legal effects exceeding PLN 100,000.00, the joint action of two members of the management board, one member jointly with a commercial proxy or an attorney-in-fact, two commercial proxies, or a commercial proxy with an attorney-in-fact is required.
