Manner of representation

1. The right to represent the association in all matters connected with its activities is vested in the entire management board, i.e. the President, Secretary and treasurer, on the basis of one-person representation. 2. The President, treasurer and Secretary are authorised to make declarations of will resulting in the creation of a right or the incurring of a financial obligation, on the basis of one-person representation. 3. To make declarations of will resulting in the creation of a right or the incurring of a financial obligation with a value exceeding PLN 1,000.00, the joint action of the President, treasurer and Secretary authorised to make such declarations of will is required, on the basis of joint representation.
