Manner of representation

For submitting declarations of will in non-property matters on behalf of the foundation and receiving declarations of will addressed to the foundation, each member of the management board is authorized independently. In property matters of the foundation, including entering into agreements and granting powers of attorney, where the value of the liability: 1) does not exceed PLN 10,000.00 on a one-time basis, each member of the management board is authorized to represent the foundation independently; 2) exceeds PLN 10,000.00 on a one-time basis, joint action by two members of the management board is required.
