Manner of representation

To submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation and represent the foundation, each member of the management board is authorized independently; however, for submitting declarations of will creating, on the part of the foundation, an obligation to perform a service with a value exceeding three thousand złoty or causing the disposal of a right with a value exceeding three thousand złoty, the joint action of two members of the management board, including the President, is required.
