Manner of representation

1. In the event of the disposal of real property on behalf of the union, two members of the Central Council, including the President, acting jointly after prior approval by the Central Council, are authorised to make declarations. 2. In cases of accepting donations for the union or its individual branches, as well as subsidies, grants and other income, a declaration made independently by the President of the Central Council is sufficient; the President is authorised to make financial and legal declarations on behalf of the union as a whole or its individual branches. In the event of donations or any other income, such a declaration on behalf of the union may also be made by any member of the Central Council or, in an extreme case, independently by a member of the union, after first obtaining written authorisation from the President of the Central Council. 3. The union’s legal and financial documents are signed by two members of the union’s Central Council, including the President.
