Manner of representation

The President represents the OSP externally and directs the entirety of the work of the management board. Contracts, acts, powers of attorney and financial documents are signed on behalf of the OSP by the President, or by the Vice-President together with the treasurer, provided that in contracts between the OSP and a member of the management board and in disputes with such member, the OSP is represented by a member of the audit committee designated in a resolution of the audit committee, or by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the General Meeting of Members. Actions performed in the interest of a member of the management board require a resolution of the audit committee.
