Manner of representation

To submit declarations of will on behalf of the association concerning the incurring of property liabilities and to sign financial and banking documents under the association's company seal, two members of the association's management board present at the same time are authorized, including the President or the Vice-President. All other documents and letters addressed externally under the association's company seal are signed by the President or one of the association's Vice-Presidents.
