Manner of representation

1. For the validity of a declaration of will, as well as all letters concerning the association’s property rights and obligations, the signatures of two members of the management board are required: the President and Vice-President, or the President and another member of the management board authorised in writing by the management board. 2. For the validity of a declaration of will for disposing of funds in the bank account and carrying out banking operations involving transfers and cash withdrawals from the bank account, the signatures of two members of the management board are required: the President and Vice-President, or the President and another member of the management board authorised in writing by the management board, or the Vice-President and another member of the management board authorised in writing by the management board, or the President and the chief accountant authorised in writing by the management board, or the Vice-President and the chief accountant authorised in writing by the management board.
