Manner of representation

1. A declaration of will on behalf of the association is made by two members of the management board, including the President, or one of the Vice-Presidents. 2. A declaration of will within the scope of ordinary management may be made by one member of the management board authorised for this purpose by the management board. 3. For the validity of declarations of will made on behalf of the association concerning property rights and obligations and the granting of powers of attorney, the signatures of two members of the management board are required, including the President or one of the Vice-Presidents, together with the treasurer of the management board or other persons authorised by the management board.
