Manner of representation

For performing legal acts on behalf of Caritas in matters whose value does not exceed PLN 50,000.00 (in words: fifty thousand zlotys), the Director is authorised independently. For performing legal acts on behalf of Caritas whose value exceeds PLN 50,000.00 (in words: fifty thousand zlotys), the joint action of the Director and the Deputy Director is required. The managing body of Caritas is the Director. The Director’s tasks include, in particular, representing Caritas and acting on its behalf in accordance with the provisions of law and the provisions of these Articles of Association. The Deputy Director performs tasks within the scope specified by the Director. The Deputy Director replaces the Director during the Director’s absence. If more than one Deputy Director is appointed, the Director decides the order of substitution.
