Manner of representation

For the validity of letters and documents, the following have an individual right to represent the association: - a member of the management board, provided that an appropriate resolution of the management board is adopted in this matter; - each member of the association, provided that a resolution of the management board or the general meeting is adopted in this matter. The validity of resolutions of the association and its management board, as well as of property liabilities incurred, requires three signatures of members of the management board, including the signature of the President of the Management Board and the treasurer or accountant. The accountant need not be a member or candidate of the association.
