Manner of representation

Pursuant to §37 of the consolidated text of the statute of the Polish Association of Railway Enthusiasts: 1. For the validity of correspondence concerning the association’s property or programme activities, the signatures of: a) two members of the Main Management Board, or b) an authorised person within the scope specified in the authorisation adopted by the Main Management Board, or c) an attorney-in-fact within the scope specified in the power of attorney adopted by the Main Management Board, are required. 2. For the validity of correspondence concerning the day-to-day management of the association, the signature of: a) a member of the Main Management Board dealing with the matter substantively, who has been entrusted with dealing with the matter by the Main Management Board, or b) an authorised person within the scope specified in the authorisation adopted by the Main Management Board, or c) an attorney-in-fact within the scope specified in the power of attorney adopted by the Main Management Board, is required.
