Manner of representation

To submit declarations of will, incur property liabilities or make disposals on behalf of Dzieło Pomocy, including signing agreements, the following persons are authorised: in the case of acts whose value does not exceed PLN 20,000, each member of the management board independently; in the case of acts whose value exceeds PLN 20,000 but does not exceed PLN 150,000, two members of the management board acting jointly, including at least the Director or Deputy Director; in the case of acts whose value exceeds PLN 150,000, three members of the management board acting jointly, including the Director and Deputy Director. In the case of fixed-term agreements or agreements involving recurring performances, the value of the act is deemed to be the value of the liabilities for the entire term of the agreement, but not more than for one year. In the case of representing Dzieło Pomocy before courts, administrative authorities or other public or supervisory offices or institutions, acts on behalf of Dzieło Pomocy are undertaken independently by the Director or Deputy Director. By resolution, the management board may designate another member or members of the management board who will be authorised to represent Dzieło Pomocy in a particular official matter.
